Requests by departments to add Qualified: FFT1, ENGB, ICT4, FEMT/P's or requests to add Trainees into the ERD and ROSS shall be made on department letterhead signed by the Fire Chief or designee and state that the resource has met the department's physical fitness requirements, has a current RT-130, and has met the prerequisites outlined in the current CICCS qualification guide.
